“Excellent product and service. We contacted three different flooring companies on the onset of the pandemic in the spring (we had flood damage), and only Eric responded with a "can do" attitude. His store was closed, but he asked us to meet him there to look at our options. He was friendly, accommodating, and detailed. He offered us several options within our price range and gave us the pros and cons of each choice. After narrowing down our selection, he immediately checked availability and sent us several quotes. After confirming our choice, he scheduled our project, and he sent Elite Flooring to do the installation. He stayed in touch with us (and made a couple of visits) while the project was in progress to make sure we were happy with the work being done.
